Frequently Asked Questions

If you are close by to one of our locations, you can drop photos to use directly.

For customers further away, or who prefer, we accept couriered deliveries. We strongly suggest couriers or registered post.

We can also arrange pick-ups where we collect your photos if you are close to either of our locations.

Scanning of bulk loose photos will typically be done within 48 hours.

Slides & Film scanning may take up to a week depending on the number.

We will give you a committed time frame prior to placing your order

There is no minimum on the quantity of items to be digitised. Every photo & home video is important and deserves to be preserved.

There is a minimum charge of $40 for all jobs, so we suggest to add photos to maximise your value.

There is no maximum.

For lerge collections, we can do everything at once, or we can take smaller collections over time to help you manage costs and build confidence in the process.

We accept Bank Transfer or Cash on pick-up

Once your photos have been scanned, we will provide a digital link (via email) for you to down load the digitised photos and videos. 

You can select to have your photos added to a USB for additional fee. 

Your photos will never be shared or used for any marketing or other purpose.

The only person seeing your photos will be you and our scanner

While your photos are not being scanned, they are stored in a dedicated fireproof & waterproof lock box.
